Check In

You will be able to check-in to Oakwood at The Lofts of Atlantic Wharf anytime after 3:30pm on the date of your scheduled arrival unless otherwise instructed. When you arrive you will be greeted by the 24-hour concierge who will supply you with your move-in package, containing your keys to your new Oakwood apartment! If you have any questions or concerns about your stay with Oakwood at The Lofts of Atlantic Wharf, do not hesitate to call Oakwood by dialing 617.723.8050.

Check Out

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. $50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes. Check out time is prior to 12:00 pm on the date of your scheduled departure.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
