Check In

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm. on your scheduled day of move in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least four (4) business days in advance of your move in for availability.

Check Out

All keys, gate/garage remotes and parking permits (if applicable) should be left in the apartment at move-out. You will not need a key to lock the front door when you check-out. Please lock the front door from the inside before vacating your apartment. Any unreturned keys will result in charges. Also, all personal items and debris must be removed from the apartment as Oakwood is not responsible for any left items. Check-out is at midnight on the date of your departure. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800-888-0808 or 714-849-2060. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
Parking

Parking Instructions

In addition to referring to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community, please register at the leasing office to confirm your assigned parking info. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
