Parking Instructions

The Monroe provided an open/unassigned parking garage. A decal is required at all times please note: Oakwood Worldwide is NOT financially responsible if cars are booted due to parking in unauthorized locations & parking decals not displayed properly. If your decal becomes damaged or lost please notify us immediately for a replacement. There will be a fee associated with replacement of LOST decals.

Pet Policy

Fulton County’s “leash law” requires dogs to be on a leash at all times on and off the property. Leaving a pet unattended on a deck or patio so as to disturb other residents is strictly prohibited. Pet owners are responsible for the immediate removal and proper disposal of animal waste on all portions of the community. If your pet has an accident in the elevator/hallway, it is the pet owner’s responsibility to clean and sanitize the area. Pets are not permitted in the Clubhouse or common areas. Visiting pets are never permitted on the premises without written consent from management and pet fee collected.
