Pet Policy

1. Pets are classified as dogs or cats only. 2. No more than 2 pets per unit are permitted. 3. Height of the pets should not be taller than 2 feet in height when measured from a sitting position. 4. Breed should not be the ferocious type nor have the nature of excessive barking. 5. Pets must have proper and current vaccinations against common diseases. Certificate of vaccination must be provide to Shama representatives prior or upon check in. 6. Fumigation fee of THB 5,000 or 10,000 per pet will be applied for the full duration of your stay. This is a sanitary procedure of the apartment. 7. Other charges, such as repairs or replacement costs, will be applied should there be any damages caused in the apartment or public areas. Cost of repairs or replacements will be levied as charges due to tenant. 8. Thorough inventory and inspection of the apartment will be conducted upon check-in while the same procedure will be conducted at least 24 hours prior to check-out. 9. Pets are strictly prohibited from the designated public areas such as guest facilities on the main lobby, 6th floor, 9th floor, 12A floor, 17th to 18th floor, guest elevators and corridors. 10. Moving in and out of the pets to and from the unit should only be made through our service elevator. Pets must be properly leashed, carried personally or caged. 11. Pets are not allowed to be taken to other apartments. 12. Pet owners will be responsible to clean up any waste within and outside the apartment or premises in any event. 13. During housekeepers daily servicing of the unit, pets must be caged or leashed until the housekeeper has completed his or her duties. 14. The tenant shall, by the use of best endeavors, ensure that pets’ does not breed within the premises. 15. The tenant acknowledges that he or she, is solely responsible for all acts of the pest on the premises, and shall indemnify and release the management from and against all actions, proceedings, damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever, in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property caused or contributed by the pets. 16. The management shall have the right to terminate the lease agreement or request the immediate relocation of the pets in the event that there is a material breach of the rules and regulations set out herein on the part of the tenant. 17. Tenants are subject to all future rules and regulations that management may implement in relation to housing of pets in the apartment.
