Check In

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.557.5506 or 206.336.4310. The Ten20 Apartments Concierge will provide you with your keys, between 03:30 PM and 07:30 PM, on your scheduled arrival date or within the Concierge Service Hours if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date. The Concierge Service Hours for this community are from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM Saturday-Sunday. Action Required: If you believe you may arrive after the time listed above on your scheduled arrival date contact Oakwood Worldwide at 800-557-5506 or 914@oakwood.com within 24-hours of receiving your arrival information. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for housing costs incurred due to an after-hours arrival.

Check Out

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. $250 will be charged for any un-returned keys, access cards or remotes. Check out time is 12:00 PM (Noon).Check out time is 12:00 PM. Upon departure, please empty the refrigerator, take out the trash and recyclables and remove your personal belongings. Place all keys, access remotes/fobs, parking permits and any other items you have received upon move in into the express check out envelope provided in your apartment. Return all keys to the concierge desk at the front office. The following charges will be applied to your credit card if items are lost or unreturned: High-speed modem $150, Door keys/mailbox keys/Ethernet.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
