Check In

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800-416-2787. In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Check Out

Please refer to your reservation paperwork for the Notice to Vacate requirements. You will receive detailed move out instructions about two weeks' prior to your scheduled departure date. For departures prior to June 1st, 2019, check-out time is12 p.m. (Noon). For departures on or after June 1st, 2019, check out time is 10 a.m. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment, and be sure to follow the departure instructions to return the apartment keys.

Lost Items

We will notify you of any left behind items for retrieval. It is our policy to hold these items for up to 30 days unless instructed otherwise.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
