Check In

You will be able to check-in to Oakwood at Third Square anytime after 3:30pm on the date of your scheduled arrival unless otherwise instructed. When you arrive you will be greeted by the 24-hour concierge who will supply you with your move-in package, containing your keys to your new Oakwood apartment! If you have any questions or concerns about your stay with Oakwood at Third Square, do not hesitate to call Oakwood by dialing 800.724.9660.

Check Out

Oakwood requires a written thirty (30) day notice to vacate unless otherwise specified. Check out time is 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on your scheduled departure date. Please assist Oakwood by removing all trash, food &; debris from your apartment. We ask that you simply leave all keys and passes assigned to you in the apartment on the kitchen counter, the door will lock behind you. There will be a minimum of a $25 charge for any unreturned keys and passes.

Parking Instructions

Parking is not included but may be added at an additional cost of $475.00 per vehicle per month. Instructions if parking has been added: The parking garage is beneath the building. Your parking pass/permit will be inside an envelope along with your keys at the concierge’s desk for pick up. You will need the pass to get in and out of the garage and the permit should be displayed on your dash. Your vehicle must be registered with the community upon your arrival and check-in with the concierge. The information that you will need to provide will be your vehicle make, model, year, and color and license plate number.
