Check In

You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date.

Check Out

Check Out time is 12:00 p.m. (Noon) A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F. Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing. Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non-returned keys will result in a key charge. If you need to extend your stay please call our office at 800-724-9660 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.

Parking Instructions

Parking is not included with the apartments at this location but can be added for $720.00 (+ one time $10.00 activation fee).

Parking is provided with Pilgrim Parking located at 350 Kendall Street, South Garage, Cambridge, MA.
You will need an electronic card pass to get in and out of the garage. Usually, activated cards are available at the parking office if you arrive Monday – Friday 7AM-3PM. Otherwise, it will be available at the garage cashier in the main lobby which is staffed 24/7.

Pilgrim Parking requires that you appear in person with picture ID to claim your parking pass and to leave your vehicle information with the attendant.

If parking has been provided:
Parking is on a first come first serve basis and anybody can park anywhere except the signed and reserved areas. If you park in these areas you will be towed at your own expense.

Most Watermark residents will want to park at the west side of the garage to get easy access as the garage is connected with elevator (P1-P3) and the stairway.
