Check In

Check in time is 3:30pm or after on the day of your arrival.

Check Out

Check out time is: 10:00 am for Short Term, 12:00 pm (noon) for Long Term. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. $50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.

Parking Instructions

There is a Parking Garage attached to the building. Parking is to be set up by the guest directly with the parking garage. Please contace the garage tenant at 312-263-1535 to arrange.
