Check In

Your apartment will be available for check-in any time after 4:00 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. If you require an early check-in, please contact us at least two business days in advance of your move-in for availability.

Check Out

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 1.800.246.0044. There will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges. Should you decide you would like to add covered parking or a garage, please call the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 216-642-9020 or 800-838-8102 for rates and availability.

Pets - Max 2 allowed. Restrictions: We do not allow aggressive breed dogs.

Pet Policy

Cats and dogs are welcome . The pet must be spayed/neutered. The property requires vet records to show that the pet is up to date on vaccinations. The property also requires a photo of the pet too. Dogs up to 80 lbs are allowed dependent upon breed. Cats must have their front claws removed. No aggressive breeds allowed. A pet fee may apply. Please contact the local office for more information.
