Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm the day of move. If you require an early check in please contact us at lease one day prior to your move in for availability.

Check Out

* Check out time is 12:00PM (noon) on the date of your scheduled departure. * A 30 day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. * Prior to departure please set the heat at 60* F and/or turn off your air conditioning * Remember to remove all garbage and food items when you leave. * Please return all remote controls, access passes and keys upon your departure you can leave them with the leasing office or concierge. * If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 203-967-2414 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
