Check in time is 3:30 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival.

Check Out

Check out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon). When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. We ask that you please remove all trash and food items from the apartment and leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apartment community office. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood at 800-554-0734. There may be a charge for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking details and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Please refrain from parking in any handicap parking without the required tag. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood is not responsible for any fines or towing charges. Should you decide you would like to add covered parking or a garage, please call the local Oakwood office at 704-588-4668 for availability and rates.

Pet Policy

Your pets are also welcome to stay with us. Two pets per apartment maximum. All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered and all inoculations must be current, proof must be supplied to the office. All canines must be licensed and wear a collar/harness with currently ID tags. Owner must provide litter box for felines. Canine breed restrictions do apply. We ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking you after your pet(s). One time non-refundable pet fee required. Please inquire for more details at 800-554-0734.
