Check In

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.393.0077 or 972.392.4747.

Check Out

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 800.393.0077 or 972.392.4747. $50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes. Check out time is 12:00pm (noon).

2 pet maximum per apartment home. No Aggressive Breeds. 75 pound weight limit.
Cats
2 pet maximum per apartment home.

Pet Policy

There is a 2 pet maximum with a max weight of 75 pounds. No aggressive breeds. As a pet owner, you are required to pick up after your pets to avoid lease violations. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 as well as an additional $4 per day per pet for pet rent. There is a Paw Wash located within the community and free for our guests to use during their stay.
