Check In

Normal check in time is 3:30 PM. If you requires access to your apartment prior to that time, please call our office at 480-894-9575, option 3, to inquire about availability.

Check Out

Check Out time is 12:00 p.m. (Noon) When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in the apartment with the exception of one door key used to lock apartment. After securing the apartment, place the one door key in the envellope provided and take to the apt. community office. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 480-894-9575 or 800-510-4559. $50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
