Move-out: 1) When our Oakwood guests move-out they their instructions ask all keys are placed in the envelope provided and the packet be turned in at the leasing office on the 6th floor during business hours starting at 9am, check out time is 12:00pm (noon). If they are not able to do this they are instructed to call Oakwood and make arrangements before their move-out date. a, If an Oakwood guest arrives to the leasing office wanting to turn in keys without an envelope 1600 Staff will hand an envelope provided by Oakwood that will be left in the leasing office to the Oakwood guest letting them know in order to accept keys they must be in the envelope with their name and apartment number. b. 1600 Leasing staff will place all key packets received in Oakwood bag next to the printer in the back room. Apartments being given back to the property: Oakwood will give notice on apartments that will be vacated and given back to the community. On or before the last day of the lease 1600 staff Teresa Cormier, Tim LaBrier and Nelson Bennett will receive an email from Oakwood letting them know all keys have been turned in to the “back to property key bag”. This bag will be a White 1600 Vine bag that will also be left in the back copy room.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
