Lost Items

For any items lost, please ask for assistance from Reception or Housekeeping. The Management shall not be responsible for any unattended luggage or luggage left at the property at the time of departure. In case of prior information by guests, non-perishable items left in the room may be stored for three months and thereafter disposed-off by the Management without any intimation to the guests.The luggage may be stored in the baggage room at the sole risk of the guest and the Management shall not be responsible for any kind of loss or damage howsoever caused.

Pet Policy

Short Stay (1 night to 7 nights): Deposit of INR 6,000 per pet shall be paid in advance before the move in date or at the time of check-in by the registered resident to cover any pet damage or cleaning; this includes infestation &; sterilization. Long Stay (Above 7 nights and within 1 year): Security deposit of INR 10,000 per pet shall be paid in advance before the move in date or at the time of check-in by the registered resident to cover any pet damage or cleaning, this includes infestation &; sterilization. • Definition of Pets applies only to Dogs, Cats (House cats) and Fish. No other animals may be kept on the premises. • Maximum of two pets are allowed for a stay. • In the event that cats still have their claws, a scratch pole shall be provided by the owner. • Only one aquarium, no larger than 5 litres is allowed per residence. • All equipment required for the upkeep and feeding of pets is to be provided by the registered resident. • Under no circumstances is any equipment within the residence to be used for pet or animal use. This includes the cleaning of aquariums etc. Failure to abide by this will result in a replacement cost immediately being charged for those items. • Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad and its employees shall not be responsible for the loss of any pet for any reason whatsoever. • At no time are pets to be taken into the Residents Lounge, Restaurants, Back of House Areas, Fitness Centre, Swimming pool, etc. and handlers, while with pets, shall use public areas of the property, only for entry and exit of the building. • In the event that any pet is considered dangerous by the management, it shall immediately be removed from the premises by the registered resident. Failure to do so will result in a breach of the full lease agreement resulting in the cancellation of the lease and forfeiture of security deposits held against the full lease. • In the event that a pet causes consistent disturbance to other residents, that pet must be removed from the premises. Failure to do so will result in a breach of the full lease agreement resulting in the cancellation of the lease and forfeiture of security deposits held against the full lease. • Any pets left unattended for longer than 48 hours shall be deemed to be abandoned and the registered resident shall report it to the local police station. Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad will not be liable for any costs, losses or damages which may result from such action being taken. •The registered resident shall ensure that the animals waste is disposed-off in secured plastic bags. • Any damage caused by pets when under the care of the registered resident, shall be charged to the registered resident and paid immediately upon the presentation of an invoice. • An agreement, with the above-mentioned clauses, has to be duly signed by both parties i.e. registered resident and Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad on a letterhead, before the arrival or during the time of check-in when travelling with pets.
