Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move in day.

Check Out

Check Out time is 12:00 p.m. (Noon) When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the Concierge desk If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 800-308-7848. Additional fee’s may be applied for any un-returned keys, access cards or remotes.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.
