Pet Policy

1. The breed of dog should be no taller than 1.5 feet in height when measured from a sitting position and should not be of the ferocious type nor have the nature for excessive barking. 2. No more than 1 pet per apartment is permitted. 3. All dog or cat must be properly leashed when taken out of the apartment for walk. 4. Pets are strictly prohibited in the guest elevators (only the service lift is allowed) and within the premises of the building such as public areas, 1st and 2nd floor facilities, corridors and the main lobby; this includes the premises within the Club House. 5. Pet is not allowed to be taken or carried to other apartments. 6. The housekeeper will not be expected to clean any droppings or any mess created by the pet. It is the responsibility of the resident to clean up the waste in and outside the apartment. 7. When the housekeeper is doing her daily cleaning of the apartment, the cat or dog must be caged or properly leashed within the apartment. 8. The resident will be responsible and pay for any specific damage to the items inside the apartment caused by the pet. 9. Ensure that pet does not breed within the premises. 10. Pet must be properly vaccinated and a copy of the proof record must be submitted to the management before approval is provided. 11. Pet cannot be left unattended during the absence of the owner. Residents are strongly encouraged to leave them in Pet Hotel when such need arises. 12. The resident is liable should his/her pet bite any other residents or staff or any third party in the apartment or on premises. 13. As a general courtesy, the resident is required to ensure that there is neither noise nor disruption to other residents on the floor or those directly above or below the apartment.
