Check In

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move in day.

Check Out

Check out time is 12:00 pm (Noon). Prior to vacating your apartment, all rentals require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation unless otherwise noted. Should you need additional time or days, please contact the Oakwood office at least 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled move out date at 407-487-1792. Please do not contact the property in which you are staying as we are two separate companies and your agreement is with Oakwood. Before you leave we ask that you: Leave the apartment in broom swept conditionRemove all personal belongings in cabinets and food in refrigerator/freezerRemove all garbage from the apartmentLoad and run the dishwasherCheck washer and dryer for clothing (Appliance pick-up may occur prior to noon)Check under beds for personal itemsReset the thermostat to 68 degrees heat during the cooler months and 78 degrees air conditioning during the warmer months.Please do not remove any Oakwood items from the apartment including: linens, kitchenware, modems, electronics, etc. Charges will be incurred for any items missing, broken, or damaged.Additional charges may be applied if the apartment requires additional cleaning.Oakwood is not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. Please fill out the change of address form on the provided key envelope or provide in a separate email. Please retain 1 door key and place all remaining keys, passes, and/or gate cards (as applicable) on the kitchen counter. With the one remaining door key, please lock the door after you leave and then place in the key envelope. If your community has a parking garage, you will/may need to retain one of the fobs and/or transponder to get your vehicle out of the parking garage, if required for exiting.Please drop off the envelope at the community leasing office and let them know that the envelope is for Oakwood. If your community has a concierge desk, please drop off the envelope with that person instead.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignments, gate codes and/or controlled gate access for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled “no parking” zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

Pet Policy

Pet fees apply. Maximum of two pets per apartment. Breed and weight restricted per community rules. Speak to an Oakwood Associate for details.
