You may check in with the on-site leasing office between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date. **Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 to make alternate arrangements if you are not able to check in during these hours.
Upon departure, please return all sets of keys/access devices to the Oakwood lockbox where they were retrieved. The code is 1950*. Please do not return to the on-site leasing office. Check out time is 12:00pm (noon).
There are five entrances to the parking garages. Building 1 residents enter the garage to the right of the leasing office off Pershing drive. Building 2 residents - apartments ending in 01 through 09, enter to the right of the leasing office, apartments ending in 10 through 18, enter to the left of the leasing office off Pershing Drive. Building 3 residents enter the garage to the left of the leasing office. Building 4 residents enter the garage from Talbert Alley. Building 5 residents enter the garage from Manitoba Street. Building 6 residents enter the garage from Talbert Alley. **Please note: The garage remote is programmed to match the garage entrance that corresponds with your apartment building. The remote will not work if trying to enter another garage.
