Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

Pet Policy

Pet friendly property. Two pet maximum per unit. Canine breed and size restrictions may apply. Additional monthly charges may apply. All pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. This includes but is not limited to flea removal, odor removal, carpet damage etc. All Oakwood properties accept service animals with no pet fee - however, if the service animal causes any damage to the grounds or apartment, the guest is liable for the cost of damages.
