Check In

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800-866-2401 or 858-496-2000.

Check Out

* A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. * Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing. * Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter. *You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave it with the resident services office or drop it in the mail/door slot at the resident service office. * If you need to extend your stay please contact our office at 858-496-2000 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need. *Check out time is 12:00pm (noon).

Lost Items

Oakwood has our own Lost and Found within Oakwood apartments. Promenade has Lost & Found for their property. Contact Oakwood at 800.866.2401 or contact Promenade Resident Service at (877) 325-8925.

Parking Instructions

Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This information will be listed on the move-in instructions. Please do not park in any other marked space, this may result in your car being towed. If the apartment community is gated, you will find your gate remotes in the apartment.
