Check In

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.510.4559.

Check Out

Check Out time is 12:00 p.m. (Noon) A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60° F and/or the AC at 78° F. Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing. Please leave all remotes, pass cards, and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating. There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out. You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office. If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 480-894-9575 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
