The Premier on Pine Doorman (206-971-3037) will provide you with your keys, after 03:30 PM, on your scheduled arrival date or within the Doorman Service Hours if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date. The Doorman Service Hours for this community 24-hours-a-day Monday through Sunday.

Check Out

Check out time is 12:00 PM. Upon departure, please empty the refrigerator, take out the trash and recyclables and remove your personal belongings. Place all keys, access remotes/fobs, parking permits and any other items you have received upon move in into the express check out envelope provided in your apartment. Return all keys to the concierge desk at the front office. The following charges will be applied to your credit card if items are lost or unreturned: High-speed modem - $150, Door keys/mailbox keys/Ethernet cord/pool key - $50/item, Garage remote/key fob - $100/item, Gate Cards - $100/item.

Parking Instructions

Upon your arrival at Premiere on Pine you will not have access to the tenant parking until you procure your Oakwood | ExecuStay Key Packet. Park in any open street parking space and proceed to the 24-Hour Doorman. Inform the doorman you are a guest of Oakwood Worldwide and have your photo-identification available. Once you have procured your key packet you may proceed to the tenant parking garage or your apartment. As soon as you have settled in please verify the keys and access items with the Oakwood Worldwide Arrival Information email. Inform Oakwood Worldwide immediately of any discrepancies as additional fees may be assessed for keys or access items not returned by noon on the scheduled departure date. Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.
