Lost Items

Keep the lost items for 3months, and edible (foods) for 3days. If long term guests check out, cotact to him/her to ask if he/she wants to discard them or not and if there is no answer, we keep it for 3 months and then discard. If the lost item's price is over 100,000won, we keep it for 6months at the safe box.

Parking Instructions

Pet Policy

 Pet is classified as dog or cat only.  No more than 1 pet per suite is permitted.  Height of dog should not be taller than 2feet in height when measured from a sitting position.  Breed should not be the ferocious type nor have the nature for excessive barking.  Pet must have proper and current vaccinations against common diseases. Certificate of vaccination must be submitted prior to arrival.  Payment of KW200,000 +10% Vat per month prior to check in is also required for cost of fumigation in the suite after departure.  Thorough inventory and inspection in the suite will be conducted upon check in. The same procedure will be followed 24hours prior to checkout.  Pet is strictly prohibited from the designated public areas i.e. Residents Lounge, Rooftop, lobby, elevators and corridors.  Moving in and out of pet to and from the suite is through basement car park using only service elevator. The pet must he properly leashed, carried in the cage.  Pet owner will be responsible to clean up the waste within & outside the apartment.  When the housekeeper is performing daily servicing of the suite, pet must be caged or leashed until the housekeeper has completed her duties.  The resident shall, by the use of best endeavors, ensure that the pet does not breed within the premises.  The resident acknowledges that he or she, is solely responsible for all acts of the pet on the premises, and shall indemnify and keep indemnified the management from and against all actions, proceedings, damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever, in connection with loss of life, personal injury and / or damage to property caused or contributed by the pet.  The management shall have the right to terminate the lease agreement or request the immediate relocation of the pet in the event that there is a material breach of the rules and regulations set out herein on the part of the resident.  Resident is subject to all future rules & regulations that management may implement in relation to housing of pets in the apartment.
