Pet Policy

Pet must have proper and current vaccinations against common diseases. Certificate of vaccination must be submitted prior to arrival. Pet is strictly prohibited from the designated public areas i.e. Residents Lounge, club house, lobby, elevators and corridors.Moving with the pet in and out of the apartment is through basement car park using service elevator. The pet must be properly leashed and carried in the caged. Pet owner will be responsible to clean up the waste within & outside the apartment.When the housekeeper is performing daily servicing of the apartment, pet must be caged or leashed until the housekeeper has completed her duties. Housekeeper’s duties do not include cleaning the pet’s cage or equipment, nor looking after the pet in any ways.The resident shall, by the use of best endeavors, ensure that the pet does not breed within the premises. The resident acknowledges that he or she, is solely responsible for all acts of the pet on the premises, and shall indemnify and keep indemnified the management from and against all actions, proceedings, damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever, in connection with loss of life, personal injury and / or damage to property caused or contributed by the pet. The management shall have the right to terminate the lease agreement or request the immediate relocation of the pet in the event that there is a material breach of the rules and regulations set out herein on the part of the resident, as well as in the case of complaint from other customers.
