Host should present “dog permit” and “pet health, immunization certificate" issued by the local police station

Pet Policy

1.Apartment ban on keeping large dogs or potent dogs, so as to avoid harm to others. 2. Dogs out of households should be chained by adult and have dog license. Dog/pet must not use guest elevators in both towers but service elevator. To exit the building and access exit, dogs should use underground garage and the host must hold dogs tight to avoid accidental injury to others. 3. Host should walk dog/pet in designated locations in the compound and pets are strictly forbidden to access building lobby, lounge, kid play room, non-designated garden and other public areas. In case of absolute necessity, host should carry the dog/pet and go through lobby quickly. 4. Host who linger should carry equipment for excrement removal. 5. Pets should be vaccinated on a regular basis. 6. All pets should not disturb the public order and other residents’ lives. If any resident or staff is injured by dogs/pets, the host is responsible for sending the injured to hospital for treatment and bear all medical expenses. The dogs/pets who injured residents or staff, should be send to the relevant department for examination. The host should coordinate with base management for solution. base will remind those who violate the above regulations. For those who do not follow, base reserves the right to take further action and report to related authorities.
