Check In

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.773.1500 or 818.710.5445

Check Out

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please place all keys, apartment, mailbox and community keys in an envelope and drop at the leasing office. If the office is closed please drop the envelope in the after hours box. Please make sure your apartment # is listed on the envelope. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 800.773.1500 or 818.710.5445 $50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes. Check out time is 12:00pm (noon).

Parking Instructions

One assigned parking space per apartment. Additional vehicles can park in any unmarked/unreserved space. Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges. Should you decide you would like to add covered parking or a garage, please call the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.773.1500 or 818.710.5445 for rates and availability. Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.
