Check In

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood/Execustay office at 1-800-308-7848.

Check Out

Check out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon). When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community leasing office. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 1-800-308-7848. Additional fees may be applied for any non-returned keys, access cards or remotes.

Parking Instructions

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your communtiy. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges. Should you decide you would like to add covered parking or a garage, please call the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800-308-7848 for rates and availability.

No weight limit for dogs or cats. Birds, reptiles, and fish are permitted as long as they stay confined to your apartment. Pet Deposit: $400 Non-Refundable plus a $30 monthly pet rent. 2 Pets maximum, Breed Restrictions. Pet Fees and Policies are subject to change. Please confirm with your Oakwood Representative.
