Tiffany Felix is Vice President, Global Corporate Services, Enterprise Risk and Compliance for Oakwood. Leveraging her extensive experience in global risk management, she oversees several key functional areas including enterprise risk, business continuity, crisis management, insurance, compliance, and legal.
Felix has more than 25 years of experience in risk management and has managed global teams across several different industries including media, technology, manufacturing, warehouse distribution and the public sector. She joined Oakwood in 2017 from American Apparel, where she successfully managed facilities and global risk across the organization including environmental health and safety, corporate social responsibility and compliance. She also oversaw the development and implementation of a strategic program to minimize risk, cost and liability within the company while spearheading cross-functional global teams. Prior to her tenure at American Apparel, Felix worked for a variety of corporations including Castrol, Nissan, ESPN, and NBC Universal.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
