GUARANTEE POLICY
- Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
- A valid credit card guarantee is required at time of booking.
- A deposit equivalent to 30 nights of stay will be charged upon reservation, for stays spanning a length of 90 nights.
- Payment may be processed prior to arrival. Declined or invalid credit cards may lead to an auto cancellation of reservation.
- Credit card used to make this booking must be presented for verification.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations are non-cancellable, non-amendable, non-transferable and non-refundable for stays below 30 nights.
- For stays spanning a period of 30 nights, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total stay will be imposed for cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival. A separate cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of total stay will be imposed for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- For stays spanning a period of 60 nights, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of total stay will be imposed for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. A 50% charge of total stay will be imposed for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- For stays spanning a period of 90 nights, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of total stay will be imposed for cancellations made less than 30 nights prior to arrival. A charge equivalent to 2 months of stay will will be imposed for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
