The award ceremony was held during the 21st Century Hotel Industry Summit on 3rd September in Shanghai, China.
The Golden Pillow is one of the most coveted industry awards in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau with more than 500 hotels in its roster of participants. It is given out annually based on criterias including building design and layout, facilities and services, client feedback, online voting, and performance rating based on “mystery” shoppers from media. It has been awarded “The Best Service Apartment of China” by Hotel Starlight Award for three years, “Best Service Apartment of China” by Golden Pillow Award for three years & “Best Service Apartment of China” by Golden Horse Award for two years. This year, Oakwood Residence Hangzhou has been awarded “The Best Service Apartment of China” by Golden Pillow Award of China Hotels for the fourth time.
